When I was first learning my cheat gainer it was more like a swinging backflip. It was a good way to learn it for me but it was also a bad habit and it was hard for me to change it

The two biggest challenges I had with the cheat gainer were not arching by back, and a crappy j-step. Great information BTW, the less inversion tip for gainer hook will help me immensely!
