    Push ups:
    10 regular push ups
    5 archer push ups
    10 diamond push ups
    5 handstand push ups
    10 bridge push ups
    Lemons squeezers:
    10 regular lemon squeezers
    10 straddle lemon squeezers
    10 pike lemon squeezers
    Pike lifts:
    10 forward pike lifts
    10 side to side pike lifts
    Leg lifts:
    10 front leg lifts
    10 side leg lifts
    10 back leg lifts
    Pistol squat 5 on each side
    Calf raise 10 on each side

      Try standing side on to a wall and use it to guide you down and then push off it to stand up. Try and do at least one away from the wall each time you train them.

    Great routine, I'll have to hold something for the pistol squat though since I'm sure i'm not the only one here in the comments that has bad flexibility when in a squat and knee pain lol

      Then look for some exercises for improve your squat, cause a pistol is just a squat's variation. Doing pistol on a slant board helps me a lot

      Try assisted pistol squats, where you hold onto a pole or something to help you with balance and take some of the weight off, then you can use it less and less over time
