I take flexibility very serious and I do stretches every day. But I also maintain a good physique to be able to learn as many skills as possible.

      @@BrendanMorrisonTricking Thanks man ^^
The reason why I care so much about being flexible is that a lot of people who train at my place have very weak kicks. Don't get me wrong they have good flips and twists, but they say that kicks are not that important for them and therefore they don't stretch that often. I mean every body can and should have their own style but for me kicks and tricking belong together and a lot of combos just don't look as good as they could look just because the kicks are not clean

When talking about tricking, another incredibly strong but also flexible guy is Brian Le from Martial Club!

Do you have any tips or any exercises you recomend to start building the strength to be able to do those jumps? How do you train your legs? besides doing the moves ofc.

So glad this video is up, tips on strength plus I never thought too flexible could be bad for tricking.
How can one fix an imbalance in thigh muscle control and strength (specifically a weak left)?

First video I really consider not so well done as your other videos
    - PNF doesn't stand for "peripheral" Neuromuscular Facilitation but for "Proprioceptive" Neuromuscular Facilitation
    - strength has different manifestations, but are all depending on maximal strength, if you can lift heavier weights, while your bodyweight stays the same, you are stronger
and being stronger makes you faster. (look at sprinters...damn look at gymnasts ), but you are right that not every weightlifting moves translates well to tricking
    - but if you build strength in the tricking dominant muscles (hip, legs, shoulders) through lifting weights, while maintaining roughly the same bodyweight you will improve faster than doing lots of reps cali-style
    - doing a trick 10000 times makes it better to a point....but won't make you much stronger doing it....at some point it's just endurance and not strength-training

I have to agree on this. Look up the definition and differences between power and strength in relation to explosive sports. Calisthenics isn't bad in any way, weightlifting is just more effective to develop those.

Can 'Trickers' run fast? They have a lot of athletic ability. I just wondered if tricking type exercises would be better than the usual plyometric and weight training exercises that track atheltes do, for developing sprinting speed...
    Thoughts?

Yo, you're on point usually, but you couldn't be more wrong on weight lifting building a different body. It's all about how you eat and the volume. Every gymnast and calisthenics guru will tell you that eventually you'll need to add weighted squats eventually as vanilla pistols aren't enough
