Man, I really like your long videos that are basically you doing the whole workout with warmup and everything. Now I can just hit this up and do it with you. Also you seem much more natural in this video. Keep it up dude.

That is my goal! I want to give people something they can do at home to improve their Tricking progression. Videos like this are made to be re-watched whenever the opportunity strikes :) Thank you for the kind words

Hi brendan :) How do you kick that high when jumping? Did you keep doing jumping front kicks until you could kick that high? When I do them it feels very difficult and it looks more like a jumping “flick” rather than an actual kick. I can kick relatively high and am in the process of getting the middle split, but other than that what did you do to kick so high?

Yo, never use the word “Sir” when referring to the modern man. You can get away with saying ‘Sir’ to Old people, maybe older than 50 with graying hairs, but saying “Sir” to anyone of this generation feels like a bit of an insult.
I can’t explain why, but whenever anyone calls me “Sir” it sounds like they’re taking the piss / sarcastically insulting you / being disingenuous.
Especially in Australia... if you ever say “Sir” to an Australian, those are fighting words. You’re escalating into a disagreement and you’re asking for a fight. You’re basically using our equivalent of the N-word.
It’s better to say “Hey man” or “Sup’ my Nigerian Prince”.

      no probs man !
English is hard... and especially in India where it’s common or expected to use the term Sir, it conditions you to use it often.
Hang in there my friend !

from ppl 30yold and suddenly black belt from a master, former olympic studyed from korean that if I miss a fly with any part of my body should been there, I just starting study jump from red belt... and I miss from center of legs to middle legs about 25,30 cm... 0,1 feet maybe... I study alone with my master, only perfect technique and mostly self defense... my question is old age is too late, I always loved martial arts but when I was teenager I cannot resist dark side and street life ahah

Master Tricking, who ever you are or whatever YOU want to call yourself...you can't do a split yet. Not front. Not side. You should've explained that you couldn't do neither of them fully. That's the critique of this video.
Other than that, your kicks seem really high... which is good, especially for BOTH legs. You make it seem simple, so you probably can go higher than you're actually explaining...MAYBE. I really like how you slow down the kicks to show the technique and strength and flexibility of your legs. I don't care much for jumping kicks.

Sir I am sure you are good at tricking, but doing martial would help you with the basics kicks you have. Just a suggestion
