I have to say this routine was amazing! I was able to reach a level of flexibility that I normally couldn’t get from any other stretching routine. You also mentioned that it’s easier to stretch when you’re relaxed and that is the mood you set for this video. You also make it known that we need to listen to our bodies when we stretch. That’s something I certainly should be doing more. I will definitely be using this routine from now on!
