    Nose breathing really helps in physical recovery too. Especially when you take advantage of the bore effect. :)

    When I lived in Texas, I could breath through my nose 👃 clearly, I moved to Florida, 45 min from Tampa, Sarasota Florida, it’s been 10 years that my nose is always clogged , doctor said it’s allergies because Florida has a high pollen and oak trees and fire bushes, Brazilian pepper trees, doctor said I can take a allergy pill every day for the rest of my life, or keep breathing through my nose with 60% air flow, I chose 60% air flow, I might breath through my mouth maybe 2 min out of day , but I catch myself,

    Walking round the block oil pulling for 20 minutes had me nose breathing even when sleeping after 3 days

      It's because you mouth breathe at night that causes those allergies. Literally last night I woke up at 2am with a clogged nose cuz I forgot to tape my mouth. I taped my mouth and it was a bit hard to breathe through my nose but low and behold I woke up with a clear nose and wet mouth in the morning thanks to the tape.

    Mouth breathing when performing burpees or any other high level exercises helps me perform better.
    No not for exercising that is.

      Have you tried breathe right nasal strips? A little expensive, but they really help me when I am stuffed up.

      Saline spray or a humidifier helps if you live in a super dry area.

      I had the same issue and said fuck it I'm going to tape it. Worst case your body wakes you up from not getting enough air. Best case is you have an amazing night sleep.

      @@Kryptic712 try looking at your diet. I've been eating more dairy recently and notice i am having a more stuffy nose. Makes nose breathing that much harder. Try doing pranayam exercises (breathing in and out through each nostril) to open up your airways. Also take cold showers.

      I have been semi consistently for about a year and I've had random people comment on my face and friends comment that I look better. Mewing is real.

      Mewing isn't a exercise. it's what people should be doing at default breathing through your mouth should only be a last resort. if you absolutely cannot breathe through your nose.

      You’re thinking bs? But imagine only mouth breathing, it weakens our energy levels, jaw posture, immune system. With weak jaw posture and tongue posture we can snore more. Sleep apnea can happen from this.
      I have sleep apnea and my appetite is higher because of it. So I have to be careful with gaining weight.
      I have insomnia as well which is linked to natural breathing as we wind down being disrupted.
      Even natural development is disrupted with breathing different . Stress causes us to breathe differently. If you’re stressed you naturally breathe different.
      T levels go way the fuck down with all of this btw.
      The idea that cancer is reduced is guaranteed.
      Look into wim hof or tummo.
