Just eat when you’re hungry. 3 to 7 day fasts twice or even three times per year. You’ll be golden.

After seeing my mom on death bed of diabetic complications in 2017. I've been consistently fasting 16 to 17 hours.. roughly 1st meal after 1:00 , last meal by 8:00pm. I'm off the radar completely from being pre diabetic, All inflammation issues gone & energy level up. I train fasted @4:am 5 days a week. Hunger pains are more mental it goes away after awhile. Also regulated all my diagnostic #'s on my yearly physical. Started at 50 years old and now 54 and feeling amazing. I am alot more productive throughout day💪🏼

Why dont a lot of pre diabetic or diabetics change their diet habits? I have met lots of pre diabetics and type 2 who refuse to change anything

@@DG-EditsYT it's simply education & lack of information, Doctors for one have to inform better at check ups. I have always been into fitness but was also making mistakes with my diet & eating behavior until a wake up call forcing me to research after seeing what diabetes did to mom & some family members

@@Chilltown13 I agree they just tell you the outcome what you are approaching it seems
I tried to help a family member with pre diabetes and simply stated about the carbohydrate intake is whats doing it mainly, then got verbally abused for it because they didn't understand anything (about blood sugar or insulin rises) like a self defense mechanism (probably felt inadequate)

maaaaan an 8 hour feeding window doesn't even feel like fasting for me, I do believe pretty much anyone can live like that, I pretty much have to go for longer fasts for it to even feel like fasting

My fasting consists of no food intake until 11am-noon, 2 mandarins at 1pm, protein shake at 3pm, boxing from 6pm-7pm, dinner at 8pm, another fruit at 9-9:30pm. No more food intake from 10pm until 11am the next day. Works very well.

I like to take a break from fasting when I incorporate a new training stimulus or increase volume. But after learning more about fasting i don't know if that's the most intelligent thing to do considering the whole purpose of fasting is to improve cellular repair am i doing the right thing. I just always felt i like having calories tell i become adapted to the new routine and it takes less maintenance calories to keep up with that kind of output.

I find drinking acv with water at around 16-18 hours into a fast turns on my hunger signals straight away..I can't drink it before bed otherwise I'll wake up starving so I do it first thing in the morning.then fast for 6 hours or so to make 24hrs .It feels like you have turned your fasting dial up to 100

Usually when you don't drink enough water your body absorbs the water you already have and makes you look bloated

Loved this but fasting is no more beneficial than plain old calorie restriction. It can for some be a good tool to reduce calories that’s it not magic good vid cheers 🥂 love your stuff
