I did remove that stuff, yeah. I think I just did it manually one by one, which took a while. But your question makes me think there must be a way to do it all at once. What I did though was select the head with a quick double-click in face mode, and then shift-drag to invert the selection. So it didnt take as long as you think.

An easy way to create your own? Before I found these shapekeys, I would just sculpt them by hand in ZBrush
