    What are your thoughts about rebounding? Is it safe if you don’t leak?

      Rebounding is a great exercise, but with any exercise it is all about how you are doing and what you are feeling that matters most!

      @@DrMelissaOleson I did have and was treated by a pelvic floor PT for hypertonic pelvic floor, but I've learned how to relax it and to engage when appropriate during exertion. I never leaked on the trampoline but was doing high intensity work on it previously. I am assuming if I continue not to leak that it's safe to use it but perhaps with lower intensity moves. Continued use doesn't weaken the pelvic floor if engaging correctly; is that right? Thank you so much!

      @@healthyvegcoach Yes if you know how to properly use core and pelvic floor with breathing, posture, lengthening the muscles and activating then yes rebound as an activity itself is not harmful. It's when we do exercises incorrectly
