This was so much needed! I tend to hold my breath. Any suggestions there?
You just need to keep taking your awareness to your breath. Exhaling through the mouth ensures you are more aware of the exhalation which will help to not hold the breath
I’m planning to incorporate these exercises in your other videos especially when doing bridge and boat poses.

It is necessary to hold the breath when tightening abdomen
No you should never hold your breath while tightening the abdomen. There is no such instruction given in the video
Today I tried if I exhale my abdomen muscles loosen i think I must try better

I started doing these exercises since yesterday.I had two deliveries via c-sec.My younger one is a year old now Could you pls suggest exercises to loose mama pooch
I also had two c sections. I was able to avoid any pooch belly. I drank a lot of water, my body snapped right back to normal. Hopefully you can too! Also very little stretch marks 😊

My sis is 22 year old she is having problem that urine leakage when coughing and sneezing... whether this excercise is usefull for her??
