    Felt really good on my back and hips had trouble gripping the block and bending my knees bringing my feet towards my bottom kept losing the block so a bit more practice with that one overall found it was very beneficial thank you Melissa❤️

    I do many of your yoga for different things like plantar fasciitis, knees strengthening, shoulder, strengthening and they’re all wonderful. They help me with the pain more than any doctors have ever helped me. Thank you very much. I also have one specific issue if you have anything for that that would be great. I have a pinch nerve in my shoulder or around the neck that causes spasming, tightening pain in my head behind the ear. This started when I was stressed out with too many issues in my life last year. Unfortunately I have seen all the doctors and nobody is able to help me with that. The closest I came to that helped me reduce the pain about 50% was a Massage and he is the one who said it was a pinched nerve near my shoulder. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do that will help me with the pain.

I do always recommend following up with your doctor for what is best for you with your neck. We do have a few videos on vagus nerve that you might enjoy. It focuses on calming the nervous system, which can be key! You are doing great💗

      Great question! It's all about how you are doing the exercises and what you are feeling when you do them. I have many clients with prolapse that do these exercises, but know how to optimize their core and pelvic floor without pressure feeing.

    U rock it always amaze me with your technique really felt my core and hips opening especially after a heavy leg day I increased my weight and this practice was perfect for loosen me up thank Melissa you rock have a wonderful day see you next time

    I couldn't do this one without really hurting. To be FAIR, my whole spine is jacked up with several issues and I've had nerve pain from a ruptured disc for 10 months now. I also have other physical conditions that are challenging as well. The transitions were too quick for me and I should have slowed down the speed for my disabilities which I do at times (slowing the speed down). I at least tried. I Love Dr. Melissa; this one was just one of the ones that was more painful on me. Thank you for this opportunity of a new video Melissa! ☮ & ❤........jillieann
