Brian May is severely underrated as a guitarist. He may not be the fastest or the most technical, but he always wrote the most fitting and perfect solo for that particular song. Never too much, never too little, just perfect.

I don't think Brian is underrated as a guitarist, he's highly respected and often cited as the greatest player ever. However, I don't think that most people understand the contributions he made to the band. Most people seem to think that Queen is just Freddie Mercury. It never has been. Brian wrote a large chunk of their songs; We Will Rock You, Hammer to Fall, Fat Bottomed Girls, Keep Yourself Alive, Tie Your Mother Down, and The Show Must Go On, just to name a few. He's an amazing songwriter and musician in general, and most people don't realize that.
He is not underrated my friend. :)

Its impossible to not like Queen. They are so freaking good. Im 24 and spend hours listening to other legendary bands (zeppelin, beatles, stones, floyd, U2 and many others) and i liked them all, but there is only 1 conclusion for me. It is not live at all. If you knew anything about music you would know this was pre recorded and i mean studio recorded it is just a different mix to the album version that is all.

I don’t care what anyone else says but Queen is the best band in the world! There is so much power in every song. Freddie’s vocals are amazing, Brian’s guitar solos are iconic, Roger’s drums are on point and John’s bass is fantastic.
