Great video. Simple, easy and saved me a bunch of time. Thanks my man! When you don’t do it everyday you forget a lot of the simple stuff 😊

My 16 Chrysler Town&Country works as usual but a little slow. I changed it with a Dorman brand and worked but noisy so I removed and checked it like you said. It doesn't spin. Is there something preventing it from going on?

Just replaced my radiator and fan. I just noticed the fan isn’t turning on after the car has been running for a while but it’s not overheating

What gauge of wire did you use?

Is it normal if my cable already has fire with a test light when turning the car on, will this still work if i add a + cable on top of the already working + ?
To explain better: I used a test light and there was no fire in the Sensor cable, I turned the car on and there is fire in the + but none when car is off, Is it normal that there is fire when car on? Will this thecnic of testing still work? If i add + on top of the already working + when turning on the car? Please respond thanks!!

A lot of BCM supplies a Ground command to operate the relays
12v is to the relays all the time. With car off. Apply a Ground to low speed relay and both fans turn on at low speed. Leave that in place then supply a Ground command to the other relays and they will turn on.
This is for 06 escalade. The BCM fail frequently not out putting gnd command to relays

The main fan is the bigger shrouded one by the battery. The fan near the AC compressor turns on when the AC is engaged too.

The fan by the battery is the ac condenser fan it's not the main radiator fan the driver side is the main fan

How is checking if power is getting from the AC cab switch to the fan different then checking if it’s getting power from the point of the thermostat sensor? Is it just a point in between that runs along the same line of wiring?

I think he's just a part changer, all he did was a direct test just to see if fan is good or bad, when you direct test to the battery to confirm if fan is good or bad that bi-passes the sensor , fan relay, and the control switch.

So if fan runs when you direct test it , them the problem is going to be a connection or broken or burnt wire, bad sensor, bad relay or control if it's the condenser fan.
The cooling g fan doesn't feed from the control in the a/c control
