THis is really fantastic. I did the whole video at 75% speed but I was able to finish it. By the way your exercise shorts (and longs on other videos) seem to be a unique material that perhaps you can one day share where you get them or get them made. Seem to be very comfortable and move with you. Anyway thank you for a g-r-e-a-t workout!!

I love this 15 minute walk workout with no pauses, it is great. I love all of your videos and yes it has made a difference in me, you are extremely motivating and believe it or not I smile while I am doing my workouts and I feel better than when I was younger, so at 70 I am in fantastic shape thanks to you. I have done your Vienna walk and London and now I am looking forward to walking in Paris. I am on my treadmill everyday do you have any audio walks that I could listen to, you are the best motivation there is. By the way my husband noticed the changes in my shape and after 48 years together that is awesome. I have never been big, I am petite but after menopause that belly grew and now it is where it should be. Thank you and please keep making your workouts they are very much appreciated.

Lucy, these are PERFECT for me, a busy stay at home mom with 3 littles, 4, 3 and 10 months. My girls love joining in, and because the moves are short and simple enough they can. I also like that there's not much kicking. 😉😅 It's hard to keep track of where the girls are so I don't bump them by accident if there's a lot of swinging arms and legs.😂 Thank you!

Hi Lucy! Great workout did most of your 15 min walking at gome and all are great! Would help to do also 10 min ones to be used before a more strenght workout. Also, can you also do workout to help with insuline resistance? Also, i am interested in band resistance workout, you have one for lehs and glutes and I do it weekely, but would be great to have alternatives and for all parts of the body. Much appreciated all your workouts!!
Lucy I love your workouts, but I have to have a hip surgery and doing this, I am in agony. I was able to do half. I also have arthritis of the (l) hip and knee. Maybe you can do a video for me.
