In this video we will show you step by step how to update the BIOS on your ASUS Prime H310M-R2 Motherboard.
Updating your BIOS is an important part of keeping your PC is working order for the following reasons:

Hi, Im having a rather weird issue that I purchased such motherboard(not from your company), but it does not have proper BIOS nor drivers/official landing page.
I tried to return and still in RMA. Any idea what kind of motherboard this is? Normal motherboard would have a normal UEFI BIOS with graphical view.
I also got the box in completely white box. It was from a local reseller which is certified to sell in here, where I live.

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my i5 to an i7 8700, when I put the new one in I get an endless loop of automatic repair and then restart, if I put the old one in it boots up fine, is there something I need to download to make it work?the i7 is pre owned btw
Will this work the same on the Asus PRIME H310M-E R2.0? It says that the CPU (Intel corei5-9400f) isn't compatible without a BIOS update so how would does the system boot to access this screen in the first place?
You will need an older CPU to do the update and then once it is updated you will need to swap the CPU around to the new one.

@@nexusimis3294 It's very simple I have this board and recently activated that xmp. What you need to do is go into the Ai Tweaker option, which is at the top of the bios screen, then arrow down to DRAM Frequency if I remember correctly, and just enable it and that's it basically.

can you tell me how to enable the tpm on this bios version?
Try going in to advanced and then go to Trusted Computing. We have released a video how to enable TPM on Gigabyte motherboards, This might help you with the terminology to find the setting on your motherboard.
You just do the latest bios update, im assuming you want it to get windows 11, but after doing the latest bios update it enables automatically and you can get windows 11
