I did everyrhing secure boot is activated but i still cant start game

Can't even find secure boot in Bios...

when I clicked on command prompt it restarted my computer and now it won't load windows it will only load into the gigabyte boot up

I recently installed a new Nvidia GeForce 4070 GPU but can’t seem to get the fans on 🫥

So the problem i have is onece i enable secure boot in bios all the disks disappear and i cant boot into windows with csm disabled
