Motorcycle Garage Door Opener Mod (Trip Reset)

In this video I installed a garage door opener that is linked to a trip reset button for a nice clean factory look on my motorcycle. Very quick and easy to do. I originally found the instructions on the VTX facebook group and thought it would be good to make a video of exactly how I installed it and a few tips to avoid the mistakes I made.

So you extended the wires because the remote couldn't fit. Could you have possibly just found a way to secure the battery, put in a plastic bag, and fit in there without the housing?

Yeah, but what you gonna do when the battery dies? You have to take the bezel and everything else off again.
