    This is the configuration i ve been waiting for from Xiaomi however I expected lower price tag since this is one of the main reason I choose their products above others. Also the quality and good taste minimalist design. I hope I will manage to get a good deal for this one in near future. Thank you for the review!

    Thank you for review! On video colors of 27" model does look oversaturated, especially in HDR. Is it the same in real life? Or it depends on the mode?

      Depends on the mode, depends on your screen you watched review and I also did some post production color adjustments (increased contrast, highlights & shadows). In reality it is not as saturated :))

      ​@@folatech4404I am pretty happy with it. Bought it for 270$ a year ago in my country. It was honestly cheap if I consider how badly other 1440p monitors were inflated. The monitor is pretty solid and I don't see myself switching for 6 more years.

    The Mi Curved Surface is really the best value ultrawide monitor in the market till now. If they were able to change it to IPS panel then it would be perfect.

    Im debating on the 34" vs this 27". is the smearing that bad on the VA? would you be able to compare it somehow?

      I am not gaming a lot, mostly working, editing. I like more space and long timeline visible on 34" model, but I prefer the colors accuracy on 27".
      Both displays are really good deals for their price.

    I bought this monitor today. It looks fantastic, unmatched in the price range. The colors are fantastic, the lighting is excellent, I didn't notice absolutely a bit of glow filtering. Games look vivid and very different compared to my last Acer KG271,144hz, fhd. mostly really any recommendation for this monitor. I bought it for 320 euros.

      34" is better option for productivity in my opinion. More screen space, easier to multitask, open few side by side programs / tabs / folders etc.

      It is a great option, but it doesn't have a USB-C port for power delivery & video output. Otherwise - a really great monitor.

    I used my brother's 27 Mi Display. But I am thinking of buying the 34 inch one for myself. Is the 34 inch one better than this? I do competitive gaming, and work on content creations.

      I love 34" for gaming and content creation. I am not pro level gaming, so it fits my needs perfectly (using for sim racing and sport games like F1, Dirt 2, 2K22, PES, etc.)

    Hi, I bought this monitor a few months ago, but I still can't find the G-Sync settings on my Nvidia Control Panel. My laptop has 2.1 HDMI port and I used 2.0 HDMI cable. How to enable the g-sync option?

    should i activate hdr and adaptive sync or not??my laptop has hdmi and usb c which suppports displlayport if you buy the correct cable .should i use hdmi or usb c to connect to the monitor .it's a laptop with intel and nvidia graphics card.and i know that usbc is connected to intel card.

      It depends all on you. HDR is optional, might be good for watching movies ans gaming, meanwhile adaptive sync will benefit mostly in gaming.

      @@yxor Great, found it very good. Only one thing that bothers me with is that when you turn computer off, if the computer turns off before the monitor does, you cant manually turn the power off with the power button on the monitor itself for some reason. But apart from that it runs everything smoothly.

      @@lucas_pscheidt I dont use HDR in any of the applications i run, but when i tried it it actually lowered the screen brightness. But since i dont run HDR it has been a great experience with everything i throw at it, games, affinity photo, videos. great brightness and colors. Playing games at 1440p with Freesync no issues.

      I am not sure about FHD model, I only have tested and reviewed 1440p version, which has 75x75 VESA mounting.

    Hi! I need your help. I'm considering this monitor but I really like the Omen 27i as well. They're basically almost identical. Price, specs, and aesthetics. The only difference I think is the Mi has HDR and the Omen uses Nano IPS panel.

      Contrast is good, have no complains about it. Can't compare to MSI or DELL, because I don't own those monitors.

    Dear !
    Please tell me what is better to choose - I'm looking for a monitor of 27 IPS and 120+ hertz (everyone says 27 should be taken QHD/2K)
    there are only 2 options in my city:
    1) Xiaomi Mi Desktop Monitor 27″ 165 Hz (XMMNT27HQ)
    2) ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQ
    What can I recommend ???

      Yes, I have tried 1a, but it's very basic budget monitor, basically for office tasks, emails, etc.

    srgb mode dcr off hdr off black picture shading in scenes although I looked at all window settings and video card power settings, I couldn't figure it out. why does it change in bright black scenes

      No integrated speakers. Not many displays have integrated speakers, even if they do - sound will be really poor. Better to buy proper headphones or some 2.1 speakers (or better).

    Hello sir can i get some help.
    I bought this xiaomi monitor 27 inch, but the quality of monitor’s font so bad too crispy-jagged. And the motion blur so freaking bad. Adjusting everything cant help me.

      @@NiuxTech you are getting 165hz at 1440p right??? I heard 1.2 display port can not view 1440p at 165hz... so if you are getting 165hz then maybe the cable is 1.4

      @@Darkknight9035 I use another cable, because I connect to my laptop. So I use miniDP to DP. 165Hz works good on 1440p.
