STUNNING! you have inspired me. I will look for a free piece of furniture that way all the products & money I will need to spend on products makes sense in the end. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous art work.
You have earned a subscriber! I am a novice with Decoupage, but I am willing to try it! Incidentally, Richmond is 80ish miles from my location, Do you have a shop or offer classes/lessons? Thank you! Cindy
Hi Cindy! Thanks so much for watching. I do not hold classes. But - I have so many long format videos here that can talk you through step by step. Look under live videos here and you will see them. Hope this helps.
This is beautiful! Have you tried the iron on method when you decoupage paper? It is my go-to method now. I use a Cricut Mini Press and parchment paper. It gets into the corners easily.
@@reneehill7630 It might work on a large piece of furnature, but not small pieces. Apply decoupage where you will want the paper and let it dry. When dry, put your paper where you want it and iron it with a peice of parchment paper. The heat reactivates the decoupage. You can search UA-cam for iron on decoupage lmethod. There are many tutorials.
Did you apply the paper without putting any adhesive under it? Just on the top? Also, I have discovered using a brayer is really the best way to lay the paper, virtually no wrinkles at all! My paper would always tear using the plastic method.
I always do a light spray of glue and then use the clear coat on the bottom. Let it dry place a piece of parchment paper on it an iron it down. Then I do my top coat afterwards
@@FireballProductions911 you use a spray adhesive then the decoupage medium? That sounds awesome I just want to make sure I understand, decoupage is so hard for me, no matter whose method I have used, something goes wrong and I have to start over. Sometimes I just hate hearing the very word!

It’s under as well. I use clear coat.
