Hey Autumn. so happy and excited with the plan i bought the whole pachage that included the books, containers, 2 dvds. But sadly the dvds came defected and I cant play the routines. I tried to contact customer service but they can't help. Is there any way I can send them to you guys to get new ones. THANK YOU.
For the life of me when I do the stretches my stomach will not stay in a matter how hard I try to pull it in could you please do more abs videos and help us with that

I have lost 28 pounds doing Insanity and your 21 day fix videos and I feel great. Im eating healthy and drinking water. My abs look good except I have this small area of fat on either side of my belly button and it won't go a way.:( I'm working out 6 days a week. Is there anything I can do to avoid a tummy tuck or non surgical procedure? Thank you for sharing your gift of motivation!!

I go right back into it as soon as I'm finished with the cycle
