they probably scrapped it because they put in the fem mc orpheus, wich atleast has some degree of difference to regular Orpheus. Telos is just a recolor, not even a skin like picaro. And yes, i know he is a high level Persona unlike regular Orpheus, but he also pretty boring. And having 5 or 6 Orpheus in the Game would just be silly imo

Orpheus Telos is literally just "hey, you completed all the Social Links in Persona 3 FES/Persona 3 Portable! Here, have this Persona that resists everything but Almighty and literally only learns Victory Cry naturally!" The damn thing is literally a bragging rights reward.

The characters from P3 and P4 can't activate their personas in mementos, they have their own specific worlds that they activate them with.
You think I don’t know that? I’m just saying why not have it as DLC because if we already got Athena then everybody else’s personas are also possible

As much of a shame it is for them not to use it, I can see why they didn't add it in. Considering that there is the Female Orpheus which I think has much more significance than Telos, since Telos is more of a reward for getting 100% on Social Links.
And I'm aware about M. Izanagi, Izanagi, and Izanagi-No-Okami. But to be fair, they all have an important role in some way. M. Izanagi is the for the **Censored (not spoiling it for those who have not played the game)**. Izanagi is the Yu's initial persona. And No-Okami is important to the story (again, not spoiling it for those who are yet to play it).
Is there DLC for Seimen Kongou/Amon-Ra, Vulcanus/Vulcanus Prime/Apollo and Maia/Maia Prime/Artemis? I’m asking cuz ik Atlus’ tendency to let Persona 1 and 2 go completely under the radar but I did notice there’s Personas of literal P4A characters, so I’m hoping they’d at least put Naoya, Tatsuya and Maya’s personas in as DLC

The game is modified, the velvet room music comes from the dancing games and the music playing in the merged reality plays in persona 5 royal in the final palace
