- A total body workout utilizing the EZ bar, perfect for when the gym is busy and you want to get in and out using one bit of kit.
Clean and press x15
Bent over row x15
Squat to upright row x15
Lunges x7 each leg.
Complete each exercise back to back then rest for 2 minutes, complete 3 more times for a total of 4 sets!

csl316 Just got a basic EZ bar on eBay. I'm at it about 2 weeks I'd say.
This is great! My lower body is injured and I wanted a continuous upper body circuit. I will have to take out all of the squat/deadlifts but this will work well.
Weak
In your normal workouts how much weight do you use, what kind of rep range do you use and do you go to failure.
I've done a variety of different training methods including low reps heavy weight until failure and honestly the best type of training style I believe is light to moderate weight for higher reps and not lifting to failure.
There are so many benefits to this sort of training. I feel less exhausted, my body recovers quicker, less joint pain and soreness.
I am just wondering what your opinion is regarding rep range, weight and going to failure.

omg this is good workout...wooo..he's doing this with 20lbs..I did 2 sets of these with 40 lbs I'm sweating balls right now 2 more to go...I'm 5'10" 182lbs of beast!

Yeah squats are cool too. You can mix up the movements to keep it fresh
