    I've just started working out with a barbell at home and I've searched for and watched countless videos about working out but I have to say this is without a doubt the best one. straight to the point, quick, easy and not dragged out. thank you sir

    How much rest between sets?

      +DigBickCIRO if you're using this circuit to primarily burn fat, keep rest to a minimum and rest only when you need to. If you're looking at packing on muscle, give yourself 45-60 seconds and increase the weight accordingly. Best of luck.

      You could try this routine 1-2x/week. Push heavy weight and get your nutrition on track for some gains. Good luck

      These are "bumper weights" - normally used for olympic lifts (such as deadlifts, etc).
