    Important viewing tip: with the standing upright rows, end the movement with the elbows parallel with the floor. If you're goal is to injure your shoulders/rotator cuffs, follow "Larry"'s advice and raise the ez bar to collar bone height.

    I personally have done upright rows when I was younger. At times, they hurt my shoulders. The reigning wisdom now is they are bad for your shoulders. I supposes it is due to internal rotation of the humerus. Jeff Cavalier says they are the worst shoulder exercise you can do.

      It depends where you end the movement. I do upright rows but not with dumb bells nor barbells. I do them with a rope on a cable machine and finish the movement when my elbows are parallel to the floor.

      He's right. It is a worthless exercise. Jeff is actually fit as opposed to these 2. Who ya gonna take ur advice from?

    I dont do suplements they give me bad feeling in my heart it beats verry fast when im doing nothing.

    what benefit does the underhand overhead press give? what muscle group does this work? incorporated this over the last month but not feeling much benefit. feels largely pointless.
