There are some publications that call naval ships a "strategic asset" sink one and you have a war on your hands. You do not build strategic assets when you are on the ropes, they get built in between wars. If you have ships of a class designed and the lead ship made, you can mass produce what you have developed, but a ship class is not developed during war.

I got like 13 citadels in 1 game with the wakeful. Gotta love when Tenryu and Caledon captains give you a nice broadside and miss their torpedoes and that citadel marker pops up 13 times as you punish them.
Acksually Jingles, there was no ship hardspotting Flamu around the corners of islands. The hardspotting indicator shows up because for some reason the detected-icon cycles through it after being detected by planes(as if there's separate tiers in the coding).
If the enemy musashi is an idiot yes, but a musashi will shred a Nelson badly, it can overmatch her anywhere and go straight into the citadel ( nelsom has 25mm estremities and 32mm everywhere else, and the gigantic citadel has only 230mm at the front and 330 at the belt)

I have a question about how citadel hits actually happen. Are they simply random or what? At the18:12 marker in the video, 1 shell hits the Alsace; but only the bow of the ship in front of the first turret. Why does it get a citadel if hit the bow?
Even worse is what happens at the end of the video. Flamu aims at the bow with his second volley and is rewarded with 2 citadel hits and 33k damage. 30 seconds later and he fires again and gets...5.6k damage. The more I watch videos and play this game the more I think doing damage is more random than skill.
That description is practically a declaration of war old man!
