    Ingredients:
    For the Cajun Seasoning:
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    For the Pasta:
    8 ounces fettuccine or your favorite pasta
    1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 red bell pepper, sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
    Lemon wedges (for serving)
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    Season the Shrimp: Toss 1 pound of large shrimp with half of the Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
    Cook the Sausage and Shrimp: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 pound of sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
    Sauté the Vegetables: Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Add a chopped onion and sliced red and yellow bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium and add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the remaining Cajun seasoning and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.
    Combine Everything: Return the cooked sausage and shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
    Serve: Divide the pasta among serving plates, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a fresh pop of flavor.
