I made this, & ate normal size portions each day til it was gone!! Other recipes, like that beef with thyme & mushrooms... Something like that, I'll freeze 1/2 & the rest I'll share later. I made those Philly steak and cheese shells for a party, & they disappeared in no time flat!! 💗💗💗
Oh, yeah! This really looks tasty. To keep food from sticking to foil, just put a tiny bit of oil on the inside of the foil before covering. Nothing sticks when you remove the foil.

This recipe looks so good! I like putting parchment paper on top of the casserole dish, then aluminum foil on top of that to prevent the cheese from sticking to the foil. It really helps!

Will try this. I cook at a soup kitchen and I would add an 8 oz can of tomato paste with extra fine grated as an addition. Also would reserve some pasta water to create creaminess.
