    Ingredients:
    For the Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp:
    1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
    For the Pineapple Salsa:
    1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    1/4 red onion, finely chopped
    1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    Juice of 1 lime
    Salt and pepper to taste
    For Serving:
    Cooked rice or quinoa (optional)
    Lime wedges
    Instructions:
    Make the Pineapple Salsa: Combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
    Prepare the Shrimp Marinade: Whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and smoked paprika. Marinate the shrimp with half of the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
    Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side. Add the reserved marinade and cook until the sauce thickens.
    Serve: Arrange the shrimp on a platter, top with pineapple salsa, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice or quinoa and lime wedges.
