I'm Italian, you really are great! Sometimes I see on youtube somebody "trying" to ccok italian, some horrible stuff neither a dog can eat, as "one pot past" or similar disgusting things
I am Italian, specifically from Rome, and I would like to congratulate you for cooking all the dishes in the video very well (including the Carbonara). I wanted to suggest two small tricks for the preparation (something every Roman does): - add a bit of the Guanciale fat to the cream to make it blend better with the rest of the dish. - if you prefer it even more flavorful, remove the parmesan and use only Pecorino Romano. The rest is perfect.

It was such a happy day 😊 and when I crave that sweet feeling, I instantly get up to make it.. It's my number one pasta.. 🔹 And my second favourite is the Sicilian style spaghetti.. I think all the Sicilian recipes are amazing, I've made it over and over again, and I actually made it last Monday😋..

Anchovy is so under rated. I use it in all pasta sauces. Love it with lamb. That umami of anchovy is bomb:))) Of course whoever made Worcestershire sauce obviously knew that it was amazing too.
awesome looking plates, awesome cooking skills, personally as someone who doesn't like fish the anchovies grossed me out but the plate looked so good that it makes me wanna try some local fish in it
