FrostPunk PS5 - The Refugees!

Tackling another Free FrostPunk Scenario. This time it's the refugees. This time we need to save and home 250 people. But you know it's never as easy as that right...you know there will be a second stage to the scenario. Frost Punk getting a bit predictable - maybe?
There's plenty of room for improvement in FP2. Roll on September....
Anyways - what can we make of this one???

As the game really does not have 'difficulty' settings' I presume that the level of achievement counts as difficulty - I'm a solid average!
