I’m gonna be an A-Hole n say food is not an addiction but a Bad habit… I’m Sorry I Do Not want You to loose your family because society is telling them you’re wrong… What if food ought to be treated like an allergy… I’ve been detoxing n when I’ve eaten carbs the rash came back,,, until a 2-3 days later before rash n joint pain went away… Seems like Carbs, Sugar, Seed Oils should be treated like Cigarettes n Alcohol with death n danger warning labels…

@@TheWayTheTruthTheLife Jesus in the story was giving out bread and fish! - that's wheat gluten which was extremely important in poor people's diets - they were more simpler less engineered wheat crops back then though compared to most of it today. Even so that's not the carnivore diet in the bible. That said they had no sugars, no corn syrup, no GMOs, no ultra highly processed hydrogenated foods, no mechanically reclaimed meats, no excessive metals in the soil and oceans.
Homesteadhow could have found his health epiphany through a high quality vegan exclusion diet too, that's the crazy thing - it's not really being a carnivore despite what he thinks, it's getting away from the worst of the ultra processed high glycaemic index foods.
Even if he (and other carnivores) tried vegan and it made him/them worse it would be because he/they or the dieticians got it wrong.
I'm not a vegan or veggie or pure carnivore. I've just I've seen enough of these journeys to know all roads lead to Rome.

I am furious about how conventional medicine has kept people sick and in the dark. My husband has had diabetes for almost 28 years. He had been on insulin for 16 years. Metformin before that. We started on carnivore on Feb. 1st. He needed less and less insulin. By April 1st, he stopped insulin altogether. His glucose level has maintained in the normal range since then. So 28 years as a diabetic on medicine. 2 1/2 months of eating correctly, and diabetes is reversed!! I am angry that he was on medicine for 28 years, but am praising God that He led us to the carnivore way of eating!!

We recently bought a whole cow. That’s mainly what we eat beef, eggs and butter with occasional chicken or fish. We have lost so much weight and feel so much better since starting Carnivore. Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, migraine headaches, chronic fatigue and arthritis in my knees, ankles and back, IBS, acid reflux, sleep apnea/snoring, brain fog, bipolar depression, anxiety and ADHD and so much more, too long to list.
I feel Healthy, Happy and Hopeful (“The 3 H’s of a Proper Human Diet”), my energy levels, mental clarity and focus is off the charts and…
I FEEL LIKE A PROPER HUMAN WITH FREE WILL…
ALL ADDICTIONS AND SICKNESS IS GONE!!
This is going to be you too.. do the 30 days clean.. then if you’re feeling amazing (which you will)… extend it to 30 more days, and then you’ll be free as a bird from being overweight, sick, fatigued, depressed, body and head aches and pains and so much more!!!

Mother had a stroke after the so called safe and effective, now I have been banned by my father to see my mother. Doctors kept my mother on 5 medications - I have spent 2 years trying to get her off them. They have rapidly given her dementia. She was never sick before - a UK size 10 so never overweight.

I had not seen a friend at the bar in those forty-three days, she didn't comment on weight loss or walking better due to no more pain. Her comment was I don't know what your doing but your more out going, talkative and articulate with your words. I was flattered. Someone had noticed the depression and brain fog was gone. My life is changed
    I’ve lost 105 pounds.
I’m 24. From ages 18-23 I was in and out of the hospital. On multiple different drugs to make my autoimmune flare ups go away. I went into sepsis shock multiple times and had as many as 25 fever flare ups where I didn’t end up at the hospital.
I went to Mayo Clinic to find out what was going on with no results. Just extreme inflammation and a prescription for prednisone if it flared back up. Which it did so many times I didn’t count.
Last year I starved myself down from 297 pounds to about 260-250. That was from March to July. I was plateaued for a while until September.
In September I went to my rheumatologist and he told me to research intermittent fasting and that it may help. I found your video and the next day I started carnivore. I haven’t looked back since. I’m down to 190 pounds.
All flare ups gone. My face looks like me at 12 before prednisone, before my life was stolen by sickness and addiction.
I haven’t been to the doctor since.
Yesterday I played softball with my brothers and as I was walking away I got overcome with emotions. Almost a year ago I couldn’t have dreamed of playing softball or anything active.
I wasn’t depressed before but I didn’t know how long I was going to live. So I lived life different. Now I am ALIVE. I am in control.
I will be forever grateful. Thank you for the work you do to help people. It does help. It did help. It’s helped friends that I sent it to and they’re doing it. My little sister who is 15 is down 15-20 pounds. This is changing lives. THANK YOU

Thank you for making this video. I've been keto/carnivore for almost 3 years now. Lost 70 lbs. A1c down to 4.9 was a T.2 D. Your statement of S.A.D. being an addiction makes so much sense to me. So glad I found you.

I'm week 3 into the Carnivore Diet and the results have been amazing. I've lost 20lb. My doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. My blood sugars were regularly 8 mmol (144 mg/dl) and are now regularly at 5 mmol (90 mg/dl).
In these 3 weeks, I already feel I have more energy and am more energetic. It has inspired me to start exercising on a regular basis as beforehand, I just couldn't be bothered as I didn't have the energy.
My wife is happy I'm losing all this belly fat.
Keep up the good work spreading the news. Wishing you the best of luck and I'll be looking into that membership. 👍

There is zero chance you lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks unless you were fasting the majority of those 3 weeks. Or maybe using a sauna several of those days. Biologically impossible.

That gave me chills saying that 'the biggest fear should be getting to death having never really lived '. A really astute and amazing insight. Thank you so very much for all you're doing! My mom has colon cancer and even though I'm constantly sending her your videos and other Carnivore content, she refuses to change and makes every excuse in the book. She is so addicted to sugar and won't give it up. What you said about being in the fog is so true too. Thanks again for being an inspiration to so many!
Maybe my mom will see the light one day. It is so frustrating watching someone you love deteriorating when you know it could be so much better.

And when this whole food kiks in is Like in movie LIMITLESS with Bradley Cooper! 😆😄😀😃

I love that movie Limitless. That's what I strive for. Although I have always preferred meat, I started Carnivore at the end of last year. I tried to do Keto but it was harder to do. I only ate vegetables because I was told they were good for me. I can't stand salad. I'm finding Carnivore is actually cheaper and I'm on a low income. I am so glad for Kerry with his phenomenal improvement since he started Carnivore. I saw his before and after and it was amazing. I won't have that much of an improvement as my ailments aren't as profound. However, I want to be the most optimal human I can be. That's why I'm also doing a calisthenics program and other movement at home. I am interested in functional fitness. I want to be mentally, spiritually and physically superhuman. I'm 56 and I'm going to become better than I have in the past. I have had problems with lack of energy, brain fog, depression, skin issues, a bit of extra weight but I have to be better. At least I am not on any medication and I can move. I know I am capable of more.

Yes you are doing a great thing and I know that anyone listening to you will be healthier if they make the switch. I am a Carnivore doctor and spend most of my days re-educating my patients. Those who make the switch have lost their chronic health problems and no longer need medication. For the rest of the brainwashed I am a legal drug pusher. Personally I’m starting my 4th year as a strict carnivore. High fat zero sugar is the way to go. I am a Carnivore Man & proud of it. Of note as a side effect of going carnivore I have watched many patients with addictions like smoking & alcohol suddenly quit. Hormonal changes in the body lead to better choices. I salute your enthusiasm. I believe all carnivores experience this enthusiasm as they feel infinitely better, they see the light. Cheers, Ginge

I’ve been on carnivore for 13 days now.I suffered from sleep apnea and waking up constantly in the night with acid reflux.I also had bad asthma.
Last night I experienced my first deepest sleep in YEARS!!!
I don’t use my inhaler anymore.
I’ve lost my giant belly without exercise.
I was on keto for the last year but I decided to go on full carnivore for 30 days. That meant I had to give up popcorn which was my go to snack. This is my last hurdle.
    This works!!!
I used to eat pasta pasta pasta.I was hooked on bread since I was a teenager.Wheat products were my downfall.
Carnivore all the way.Wont turn back.Yes sometimes I have cravings but I won’t turn back.
I bought a kilo of mince meat cooked it up and consumed it over two days and was perfectly satiated.
    This works.

I just want to thank you! Found you recently, new subscriber. Soon to be new member! Day 18 and the results are nothing short of amazing. Down 15 lbs. My plantar fasciitis is gone, my daily stomach pains are gone, and my energy is through the roof. One thing I was not prepared for is the backlash. It's simply mind boggling how many people had nothing to say as I stuffed my face with garbage at 120 lbs. overweight, but now have genuine concerns for turning it around. A close friend of mine decided to give it a try and his wife is now blowing me up in messenger saying this is going to kill us both, that simple portion control and exercise is the real solution. I tried to explain that portion control of poison is not the answer, but I fear it all fell on deaf ears. Some folks just don't want to be educated. I'm listening to my body, and it's telling me to keep going! 265 lbs. starting weight, 165 lb. goal weight. but the most important thing is feeling like a real human.
