You never disappoint me. Always come up with a great practice. So grateful I found. In Cave Creek, Az. I go to a class with Bin Bou at our library. She has a great following for 2 days a week and the rest of week fill in with your classes. Just love them.

She does most of your Gi moves. We also do chair Gi-gong about 15 minutes towards end of class. Really like that. I did taichi with her. 5, 9. 10 and 24. Only 4 to 5 people.

No I didn't see altai at the end of the video as I haven't got there yet. Will tell you when i do. The session with The master dog trainer was so worth it. So many different things to consider when dealing with Indy as she is very reactive to sound. The dog trainer was in the armed forces and showed me different pics of dogs jumping out of planes with their handlers, into water etc based on a mutual trust.
