  • Transform your health in 6 minutes. 1 minute for each of the 6 organs:
    1. kidneys
    2. heart
    3. lungs
    4. stomach
    5. gallbladder
    6. spleen
    Follow these simple movements every day, and in about a month you will see real results with your health. A great time for this is in the morning. Start your day by supporting your organs - your body’s engine. Just 6 minutes a day can make a big change if you’re consistent. And the important part - have fun with it. The best exercises are always the ones that we enjoy doing.

    Excellent - I do these every day! This does help - give it time. All the internal organs need to be healthy and have good blood flow - the energy must flow smoothly through all the organs to maintain good health.

    This is truly great and I'm so thankful. I did it and awoke today with a noticeable difference and felt greater health and strength. At first I didn't know why. Then I remembered the exercises. Sleep was much better. Everyone please practice this for greater energy.

Look, you have more than likely been watching things on here that is related to this sort of thing, so the algorithm has more than likely recommended this video to you. There is nothing “magical” about this video appearing in your feed. Please stop spamming religious comments on health related videos that have NOTHING to do with your beliefs or religion.     😅😅😅😅 Am back after practicing for a month atleast 4 days and my heart & body feels muuuuch better. Be4 I felt like I was carrying a v. Heavy weight @ the HEART & KIDNET AREAS ESP. The back & left groin still pains buh improved. Thanks❤❤😘👏👏👏

    Also to hydrate the organs is not to drink plain water which hydrates the body but it's the water that comes from fruit and veg is what hydrates the organs 😊

    This is guy is Amazing, positive, humorous, professional in his ways.
    He always makes a question of "time is an essence" knowing the modern world of thinking, knowing that the average attention time in the majority of people is sort and fast.
