If you plan to build or buy a house in Tulsa, Oklahoma, DO NOT EVER work with Daniel Ruhl aka Ruhl Construction aka Asher Homes. Their homes are complete junk! Also, DO NOT EVER buy or sell a house through Chinowith & Cowen! The owner Sheryl has a questionable relationship with Daniel Ruhl and cheats her own agent's clients out of their money. They work as a team. Sheryl will even try to trick you into signing documents in order to give Daniel the upper hand in cheating you in court. They're two pihs rolling in the mud together. Please do your homework and read all of their reviews before making one of the most important decisions of your life. He will destroy your finances & dreams. These lying thieving thugs will rob you of your trust, money, time, and for some their marriages. Yes, what he puts families through destroys marriages. Daniel Ruhl homes look beautiful until you step foot in one, then you quickly notice what pieces of junk they are from top to bottom...and that's pitting it mildly. Not to mention what you can't see. His homes often have plumbing & framing issues. Again, please read his reviews and look at the pictures posted for yourself. Look up Daniel Ruhl & Ruhl Construction on Yelp, Facebook, Google and numerous platforms, and you'll see what a disgraceful lying fake Daniel is. Look up the Aspen Creek neighborhood where Daniel Ruhl robbed the homeowners of peace & comfort in their own homes, and continues to be in a major legal dispute with the community. Call any lawyer, broker, real estate agent, property manager, contractor in Tulsa, and they will all tell you to run fast & never build or buy a house from Daniel Ruhl. Anyone who tells you any different is either lying or has never stepped foot inside one of his builds, or they regretfully own one, and are desperately trying to hock it on the market, and don't want to tank their resale value. He's the biggest con artist & fake in Tulsa. His two top guys Gerald & John are lying crooks too. I live in Tulsa: Cons Public Transportation is a joke. Nothing is close if you do not have a car. There is a church on every corner but jobs and businesses are hard to find. Around my area in Tulsa; the store are closing and the restaurant too. I have to walk. Rents are getting high now because the national landlords price gouging. Road are like bombs hit them, schools are horrible. Health care stinks. Service is terrible. The Oklahomans are not nice because if you come from somewhere else; they want you to leave. Poor and homeless I see. Don't expect help and service even if you pay for it. I have asked many buyers do you want to come to Tulsa and they say it is not big enough or worth the trip. Both public and private schools are terrible. Food is awful. I wish I could leave Tulsa. But; I am on social security and it does not give me enough money to save. This is a bright red state and I try to get along with the white supremacists and lots of Spanish people that don't speak English. The jobs are mostly warehouse and oil. Not much else. The state does nothing to help people to get schooling to get jobs. The pot and drug and gun problem is high. Outdoors is not that great and no culture to teach children the arts and sciences. This is a top down economy so there is only crumbs here for most. You have to have a good job coming here. Very Christian religious and is not really nice to other ideas. This is not a service city. You have to have money. It may be cheaper to live here but not as cheap as you think. I wish I could leave and be closer to facilities and get the services I need. Because I can't here and the government is no help.
I’ve lived in Tulsa most of my life. I would say bipolar may best describe Tulsa. We built a massive park that’s ranked as one of the best in the nation while simultaneously closing public pools and community centers in the poorer parts of town. Our downtown has steadily been revitalized but it’s now populated by douche bags. The city has heavily pushed the popularity of Route 66 even though that road mainly services shady used car lots and motels that never have less than one dead hooker on the property at all times. The same road on the other side of town is like driving through clinical depression. Our streets look like they have been paved using the surface of Mars. There are pot holes that will kill you if you hit them. Yes our roads want to kill you. Due to scientists splitting the homeless atom every neighborhood now has its own homeless camp. We have a gross river that is in dire need of mowing for a good three months out of the year. No matter where you go there you are, every city can be ripped to shreds as easily as it can be praised. If you don’t like Tulsa you can get the hell on and if you do like it here I’m guessing you’ve been to Mississippi.
Every time you turn around the city is raising the cost of utilities and your property taxes. When I first moved to Tulsa I lived comfortably on my income. First thing I'm dong when I retire is move out of Tulsa. Several small towns just outside of Tulsa that has a better cost of living. The thieves aren't afraid to rob you in broad daylight and they don't care if you have cameras. Yes, there's lots of things to do and see. Driving to Tulsa for entertainment would be much better than living in Tulsa.
@@eddiehagler6127 We don't have the luxury of robbing every citizen of Oklahoma and investing it on one city. Nor do we force other cities into our city anymore. 90% of all taxes Eastern Oklahoma sent to OKC was used to improve OKC over rest of Oklahoma. The Cherokee Nation does more for Oklahomans in Eastern Oklahoma then OKC does. Arkansas is now spending more on bridges and roads then OKC does in Eastern Oklahoma. If Supreme Court has ruled over and over how OKC is Robbing Eastern Oklahoma. Look at any Construction Kevin Stitt started in Tulsa never was finished. Yet someone pocketed the money in OKC.
Oklahoma is a beautiful place no doubt like most places in America. I think the only problem is the same as anywhere else people do not think twice about what they say is their faith!
What he'll do to your dreams, finances & trust in humanity is worse than any tornado Oklahoma has ever experienced. He will turn your world upside down & shake you down for every penny you have. Heed the warning & run fast!!!
You'll be sorry
When you said real estate agent I was like yes saw that coming !!!!
lol, what did you see coming?

THC shops are a con?? Sounds like a selling point to me. No hangovers, fewer calories. And they don't smell like they used to, as edibles have become more popular. If someone is fine with a bar in their neighborhood they should be fine with a dispensary.

There was a lot she left out
The cost of living house prices to go from free if You can live under a bridge as long as you don't mind being harassed by the police all the way up to millions of dollars
Your water utilities go up every month no matter how much you try to conserve water
Added to that bill it's trash service where did you a person who likes a discard your trash better hope it fits in the trash can
One time of year because you paid your bill you can ask for a free letter just take the crap to the landfill yourself
One time during the year you can drive all the crap you want to discard out to the street and people have a free for all going through it
As for the utilities for the power check before you buy the house and move in
Cause of the last owners ran up the bill and didn't pay it that's on you
She's right about leaning toward the higher price houses what you meant to say let's hope you move in a higher price house because maybe you'll be able to use the power because you're most likely will be able to afford the bill
Are the luxury of air conditioning you're an idiot cuz it gets hotter than hell here matter of fact you may become confused in the heat and that's exactly where you think you are
For 6 months are in a year you're on heat stroke alert where they tell you to drink water and stay hydrated to avoid this only that won't work
If you don't die waiting on ambulance and somehow managed to survive I do want to continue to live here just note
If it happens one time you're can I look forward to weeks of your body trying to adjust your temperature along with the rest of the time you live here expecting to have the second stroke if you lasted over 6 months there is a possibility of the cold to look forward living through
Yeah if you can afford living like she seems to you should be all right
If not look forward the wearing so many layers you can barely move around
And you'll be wearing them 24 hours at a time how do you look forward to the bill tell me about half of your income
As for the roads what's the time they don't have Lines painted on them so if it rains it gets dark people are so bad at driving if you're on the side and it has three lanes watch because they'll be driving on any part of that road they want and don't run you off the road
People here don't know how to let people on the highway from the exit and you may have to take your car across five Lanes to exit highway on the left
Then there's traffic jams the road constructions were there either closing the roads or when you get in your car you need to be prepared to find an alternate route which is usually going all the way around the other side of the city
The huge holes in the road if you hear almost rip the axles off your vehicle
If you found all that entertaining just be assured no matter how good of a driver you are they're the police waiting waiting trying to find something wrong with your vehicle or your driving or your tags or your lights or anything they can think of wanting to pull you over be willing to surrender all the rights you think you have and pray you're not shot in the process don't worry he already has an excuse that's why he blew a hole in you
Then if you don't want to go to jail have to go to court and make payments that seems the last 4 years just be aware of the fact is it from now on you're a criminal
And what are their buddies are waiting for you just know if you go to one of the casinos are out to the club trying to enjoy a little entertainment don't be relaxed on the way out the door cuz you're already a criminal a known suspect and they will find your reason to take you back to jail
My best advice is to avoid going around payday cuz you're going to need that money and a friend to be able to access your savings account willing to hand it over to bail bonds person so you may enjoy freedom
again
I hope you're a racist that'll help you out a little same she forgot to mention
The riot and Black Wall Street where are the kind people of Tulsa murder 90 people hunting them down with guns and dogs using helicopters to drop bombs killing business owners children And peaceful law abiding citizens out of their homes turn on a whole lot of people killing them as they burnt the houses they have paid for what is hard earn money
Take your time and fact check me
Yes yes there's a church on every corner most of them are used as a cover when I moved here and saw so many I was of the mindset I had moved in a nice Christian god-loving community
But you will learn if you came to volunteer and do God's work they were think you are mentally ill
There are a few brave people willing to help each other it's just there's so many people standing in line from open to close the volunteers work themself untl they're exhausted
Whoever you looking for a HomeTown
Come with money willing to hand it start paying it out

Very good! You represented us well. Spoke the truth. ❤😂😅

👍

The area of OKC is better developed. OKC is bigger and more affordable.
Tulsa is more poorly designed
Saying that Jesus died for the sins of mankind knowing people go to jail prison or even get the death penalty! We believe Christ Jesus was saved! And the unbelievers are being punished for their own crime's
