@@Wbroach24 definitely stay off the roads if you can! 🤣 I am completely taking in the magic of the snow!!❄️ Thankfully I don’t have to drive in! I am actually getting ready to record a video outside going over snow days and winter weather in the Tulsa area!
@@livingintulsaoklahoma I'm at work now, I drove from Downtown, But I've also lived here my whole life and learned to drive from a Boomer so that helps 😆
@@livingintulsaoklahoma they weren't great this morning at 7:30 but, they could have been worse if the trucks didn't run last night. Neighborhood roads will be much worse than main roads.
Tulsa isn’t the worst place you could move to but it’s also not the best, it’s mid-level. The education system isn’t good, crime is also getting worse. It can get repetitive living there(not much to do) so people become somewhat stagnant. The only good thing about Oklahoma is that it’s still fairly affordable to live there, but there’s a catch, most jobs also pay less than most other states. I used to live near 61st & Mingo and in Bixby.
Tulsa is like Gotham without Batman come to Tulsa Tulsa not the suburbs it is not safe here and people aren't nice some people are but that's rare and we now have summer and winter summer is so freaking hot and winter is pretty cool and it can be really cold at points
Thank you so much for this. I need to find the good here because I have had difficulty connecting here. I own my condo outright and it would be great to start enjoying living here You gave me a start and I appreciate it.
@@livingintulsaoklahoma I moved here from Richmond, VA two years ago after purchasing a condo in Delaware Crossing for cash. I love weight lifting and working out in general. I joined crunch and the JCC. Very interested in politics am watching your interview with Karen Keith. Just learned you were in education. I tried TPS and that lasted 4 months. As far as the sights don't do too much yet but your video was a start.
I am from Tulsa and I love it! I ve lived in East, then BA, then mid town, then believe it or not Sand Springs and now back to somewhat mid town. This influx of California s and Seattle people are making living here expensive!
Do you live in Tulsa? I think it’s in the eye of the beholder as far as if it’s boring here. I feel safe in Tulsa, of course there are some areas safer than others.
