The driving tours deliver great visuals on the neighborhoods. These neighborhoods definitely show themselves to be established and refined, very unique faces and curb appeals. All the foliage looks very vibrant thru a changing of the seasons. Very nice areas of that city. The parks are always my personal favorite locations. Driving tours and videos come out well. Though the neighborhoods are mature, they retained their peace and tranquility and were not overcrowded.

Tulsa isn’t the worst place you could move to but it’s also not the best, it’s mid-level. The education system isn’t good, crime is also getting worse. It can get repetitive living there(not much to do) so people become somewhat stagnant. The only good thing about Oklahoma is that it’s still fairly affordable to live there, but there’s a catch, most jobs also pay less than most other states. I used to live near 61st & Mingo and in Bixby.

Hi is the taxes on homes expensive, also what are nice areas in Tulsa to live, I am in the Tulsa Remote program interview coming soon !

We’re looking at moving to the area so I can work at Melton. It looks like a nice area.

I feel like Jerry Jones watching this production. That home has an exceptional design. I prefer the high, yet flat ceilings. The horse properties and the lake is outstanding. The storage spaces, bathroom amenities, and garage exceed expectations. No tight hallways. Real beautiful.

Very beautiful finishes in the bathroom, closets, and kitchen. Big windows. The greenery probably blooms in Spring. Interest rates come down, a family out there will be happy home owners. Lap pool and park areas would be over the top for the mentioned amenities. The large master closet space is important for all the damn clothing and trinkets.

We live in Las Cruces, New Mexico and have never seen a tarantula. We have seen a scorpion though. In the house. 😅

I want to move to Tulsa once I become a Registered Nurse. Do you know any homes around Tulsa that would be in a Nurses Salary? I think the low end is $60,000 a year, do you know if banks would even approved a mortgage? TIA

Cons: Oklahoma is run by white Christian nationalists. If you are anything else, you need to watch your back. Con: The education system is horrific. Second lowest in the county. Avoid Oklahoma all together.

Thank you for your interesting video on Tulsa. I lived in Tulsa for a number of years. My children were born and raised there. I agreed with you on most things of your points. I do disagree with you on public transportation. I would say the public transportation is comparable to cities in the Midwest of equal size. Of course, it is not as good as say New York City.

LOVE this property!!! What a spectacular moody exterior with all the natural trees & beautiful landscaping. Built-ins everywhere inside, lots of stained pine tongue and groove trim, that high contrast throughout the interior…. These owners killed it with their design style! This will sell in a heartbeat at that price! ❤❤❤

Weve been waiting for a few things to settle for us here in Los Angeles but we cant wait to move to Bixby sometime in the summertime next year. We loved it last year that we visited friends there! We appreciate your content. Tulsa OK is beautiful just as you described it. Yes I cant stop yapping about how quick I move around in a car there. Yes there is some traffic but nothing like we have here in LA. Especially all the rural views and many beautiful things to look at while in “traffic” there will not be a problem from someone like me who’s lived in LA all my life.
