    Would you be able to record just an ultimate bow leg correcting exercise/stretching routine thats between 30-60 minutes?? Cuz you've got so many great videos but I get overwhelmed looking at them all trying to figure out which to do, and if there were just one or two longer ones just like a regular workout video that I could follow along with every day, that would be awesome!

    Hi! 3 fingers spread the space between my knees and i've been having some troubles like crunching sounds in the knee and the ankle. I guess it is because I also like to do exercise in the gym. I'll do this exercises at the beginning and the end of my routine. Nevertheless, I have a question: I usually do squats, deadlifts, hip thrust, lunges and heel lifts with 70% of my maximum repetition
    . Do i have to take any advice into account while doing this exercices? Regards from Colombia!

      Hi Lucas Bautista Ruge, welcome to the channel. Did you know that already regular walking places additional weight on the knees? No wonder people with arthritic knees find it hard to walk for a long stretch of time. A force of nearly three to six times one’s body weight is exerted across the knee while walking alone. Any increase in body weight increases the force by this amount as well. Can you see what happens in your knees and ankles when you do the exercises you described? In addition to that you have bow legs, which means one needs to pay utmost attention to knee and ankle alignment when doing the exercises to avoid injuries. I hope you find this helpful.       ​@@TheBodyConditioner So you recommend me to don't do this exercises or to take into account the knee and ankle alignment while doing them? When I do squats and deadlifts I try to do it in "sumo pose" to strenght my adductors. However, I'm not going to use a lot of weight, instead im going to do them with a perfect technic that allow me to do 8-10 reps. Also I'm going to do your exercises at the beginning and the end of the routine.
