    What if one is doing heavy weighted squats and deadlifts? Do you still have to squeeze a brick in between? The form may go for a toss won't it? Especially in a deadlift...plz enlighten 🙏

A recent accident that resulted in my right leg fracture worsened the condition even more... my two legs look different and I walk like a duck ... Hi Siddharth, thanks for your questions. First of all, please subscribe to the channel and hit the notification bell. This helps make more content for you. Secondly, if you have a set workout routine that possibly reinforces your imbalances, how do expect to minimize your bow legs? If you really want to change your bow legs you need to make radical changes to your workout regimen. Correcting your bow legs MUST be 1st priority. Otherwise you'll not be able to change your legs. Check out my latest video to understand how a viewer DID minimize his legs in just 3 months. Cheers!

      @@deerinheadlights9784 I'm sorry to hear that. Yes, 80% of my clients have injuries. I'd love to give you personalized recommendations on what to do. But it's important to assess the body further. You mentioned challenges with your shoulder and your hips, but earlier you mentioned having minor bow legs too. In yoga therapy we look at the whole body and how to heal and transform holistically. To understand the present make-up of your body I designed an online quiz that helps me understand your body better. Do you mind to come over to www.thebodyconditioner.com/quiz and do your online quiz. It takes 7 minutes. Please make reference to this discussion here on UA-cam so that I can put 1 and 1 together. What I don’t understand is for people who are adults and have had bow legs for their whole lives (me) ive come to the understanding that the knee pointed was just my genetic formula because my mom has it too. How are stretches supposed to help the knee bone that was formed that way from start?

    • @TheBodyConditioner
      @TheBodyConditioner  3 роки тому +2

      Hi Jamez Glover, great question. I love it. Have you seen this video? Here I distinguish between the things you can positively impact on a muscular level and the things that unfortunately you cannot change, like your bones: ua-cam.com/video/XYEz_RgvWdo/v-deo.html If you were born with bow legs, there's probably hardly anything you can do about it. However, not everyone is born with bow legs. Many develop bow legs over time due to postural misalignments. But whether you were born with bow legs or you developed them later in life, many actually develop knee or hip or even back pain due to the misalignment in your body. These exercises may help you manage the pain and help you feel more alive in your body. If you're really curious to find out if you can minimize your bow legs naturally, do your self-test here: ua-cam.com/video/zvfmDtVEu6E/v-deo.html Best of luck!
