    Sir mere age 23 hai kya abhi bhi possible hai ki blow leg thik ho jayega. Aur mere pair ke angunte ki haddi bahar ki taraf nikal gayi hai sir jiski vajah se pair ka panja teda lagta hai. Kaise thik hoga sir.

    These exercise are not useful for knee damage patient because in all exercise legs are required to bend and doctors advised not to bend legs. These exercise will not correct the pose.
