Ironically the Australian prime minister who muscled his former boss out of the top stop actually got muscled out himself three months after this video released
Ashraf Ghani used to teach at Johns Hopkins University. My mom had him as a professor in the 90s. His brother runs an Afghan restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland.
Apparently he was a particularity tough grader.

Great video! But as an Austrian I have to inform you that Chancellor kurz is not super right wing 😂 he is seen as the conservative macron, and he become famous when he was our foreign minister. The Iran talks were heald in Vienna where he was the host. He is also pro Europe and a defender of multilateral treaties. Definitely not an adherent of nationalism.
The freedom party could be defined as right wing, but they are only the junior party. They remarkably toned down their aggressive opposition rhetoric.
Yes excactly I agree with you. I am from Austria too, and it always irritates me when people even see him as far-right. Malcom Turnbull for excample is way more anti-immigration.
Onkel Jajus Bahn hmm that’s not entirely true. Australia is very very pro immigration. We are, fortunately or unfortunately, depending on your politics, only pro “ good immigrants” . Australia has the largest immigration program of any Western nation and almost 30 per cent of Australians were not born here. All parties support this. To pacify anti immigrant sentiment we are very hardline against immigrants that are not deemed “worthy”. It’s a trade off (which many Australians don’t agree with), that we will have massive immigration but torture and reject those few we don’t like so that Australians who don’t like foreigners can at least feel that only the “good ones” get in and be comfortable.
We lock up and torture a few asylum seekers as an example that we have control, while taking hundreds of thousands of legal immigrants every year. It’s an awful system that prevents a real national conversation about the level of immigration that we actually want.
You must be kidding. Now, in 2020, after new elected government and in coalition with the Green party, it's quite clear, that Kurz has adopted the right wing policy of the Freedom Party. He's even not very pro EU, as it seems.
@@hoodyniszwangsjacke3190 thanks for your opinion! However, I think he isn't anti EU or in favor of Öxit or so. The right wingers would love to see the EU go down, but rutte, kurz and the northern states just want to raise their voice in Brussels, concerning the EU Corona package, which is fair in my opinion.

Wow so this is a series I didn't know I needed! I laughed so hard at Algeria I feel kind of bad tbh. It was an overall really funny episode, your commentary is absolutely spot on. So yeah, definitely do this for all countries because I just realised that I don't know anything about world politics. Can't wait to hear what you're gonna say about my country, Bulgaria.
