      No.
      It's a really high intensity programme which need more mussel maturity and u don't have that ...
      So don't try it minimum 1 yr+experience should be needed to this.

    Guys pls don’t take in negative way but 1. Smith machine = major injuries..
    2. There is no need of glutes exercise for boys lol,, waste of time..
    your glutes will automatically develop during Squats and deadlift..
    3. Dosto pls bring your legs slowly down when doing Hamstrings and give a 1-2 second pause when contracted.. the exact and effective way of Hamstrings..
    4. Leg press only one feet position is sufficient, pls don’t waste your precious time and energy doing both..
    YOU ALL GUYS HERE, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND WORK HARD..
    YOU ALL ARE STRONG
    I am not against any UA-camr fitness but don’t follow 100%..
    Each and every person has its own body structure, strength and capability..

      squats and lunges negatively effect height. i dont do those. for glute strengthening i do Glute Bridges instead. im Pakistani btw :)
