Why can't Tata fix the charging gun actuator issue? It seems weird that user has to do all the Jugaad.
Although I would like to have it repaired, the root cause of the problem seems to be related to the chargers. The majority of charger cables are excessively heavy, which causes the gun connector to become dislodged from its optimal position.

Yes, they also do face these problems. Although there are other brands of electric passenger cars in the Indian market, their presence is relatively limited, constituting only about 10% of the total EV market share. As a consequence, we do not hear as much issues about them as we do about Tata EVs.

Sir, Iam planning for nepal, How can I access the chargers there for my EV max as our currency is different also our mobiles doesnt support the apps.
Not clear on the cell balancing mechanism of tata ev. Is BMS really programmed to take care of that? Are they aware of the effective solution such as an active cell balancer? If you want I'm more than happy to share the effectiveness of ACB practically which is installed on our 8 yr old e2o.
Sorry for the cross question... I m shortly getting delivery of Tiago EV XZ PLUS from Bangalore, but i m confused of insurance part, 1) Which add-ons to be included.. and 2) Wether Govt. Insurance Co. Or Pvt insurance Co. I should choose 3) Should I take it from showroom or outside directly... Pl. advice...
its your choice, you will get cheaper but maybe not cashless from govt company and not from dealer.

It is foolish to go on the wrong side.
