    That pull was a little "Puffy" towards the end. Maybe a bit too aggressive timing on the tune in that area? I can't tell from a vid if it was spark blowout or detonation, but I doubt it was blowout at that level of boost. Smoothing was a bit cranked up, which increases my suspicions.
    I've known you to be a straight shooter for around 15 years. I've sent many people to you because of that fact. Please don't compromise your standards, just to elevate the hype for your new and OUTSTANDING blower.

      I use to have same car and your at the limit. If you keep running a gen3r setup your rods are going to give. You can't buy a stock short block for these cars and a built short block is at least $12,000. A certain person at VMP tuned my car with stock blower and fuel trims were never right. I've had 3 email tunes from different companies and for some reason they never tuned my car right and seemed like they didn't care about getting it right or they were dumb founded on how to tune a 13 or 14 GT500. Engine started tapping when fully warm and got rid of it before it was worse enough for a dealership to notice. A certain person at VMP should not be tuning cars at all.

      Drag radials are perfectly fine in the rain as long as ur not puddling. In fact, with no puddling they actually grip better than a standard radial tire its only when the rain puddles and has no where to go is when they're dangerous.

    • @johnrunion7258
      @johnrunion7258 5 років тому

      It takes great concentration and quick response to clutch the power and steer back under the rear before the car gets too out of shape.If the front hydros you're along for the ride.I' driven mine many times with the rear trying to constantly get away from my control,fortunately with good results.I used to practice steering control on parking lots in highschool with my '64 GTO till I got comfortable with that "oh shit" feeling.Most high performance cars today are useless on the street W/O a good drag radial,you never know when you'll need one LOL.

    • @MS07B3-G0UF
      @MS07B3-G0UF 5 років тому +1

      DANTE BELGIAN MALINOIS dude it’s a known fact that Radials aren’t designed for rainy days dude. Running radials in rain is dangerous. GT500s get away from you on a dry day they sure as hell will on a rainy day with a wheel meant for dry surfaces. On a side note I’m curious what you drive

    • @TENNESSEETRACKHAWK
      @TENNESSEETRACKHAWK 5 років тому

      No bro totally wrong. I own a 2013 CPR Turbo Mustang its on my channel. A drag radial has no groves in it which means there is more surface of the tire (ya know the RUBBER) actually making contact with the road. The ONLY time a drag radial is dangerous is if the rain is PUDDLING and therefore it has no where to go! Formula F1 cars race in the rain all the time when its simply "Wet out" and they use a tire with ZERO groves in it essentially a SLICK! Ive run a Pro Radial (Slick basically) in rain numerous times with zero issues! Once it started to rain really bad and was puddling so I got off waited for it to slow down and got back on road. If no chance of hydroplaning the Dr or Slick has FAR more contact with the road than a radial does. Its simple physics.

      Topper Harley value is only value if you're saving the car for the next man I can't stand here this value crap because why would I buy a car just to retain the value no you want to modify it you want to do things to it you want to make it faster so once you do that the value is gone believe it or not VMP actually devalues Mustangs by modifying them just saying the value is in the stock forum

There isn't THAT much difference between 5.4 and 5.8 once they have the same blower and supporting mods. A 5.4 with the same setup would do 800+ wheel pretty easily and it would make little bit less torque 30 or 40 less maybe? And it would be running about 2 psi more all things equal.
