    Tail Bone Pain refers to inflammation of the lowest Bony Structure of spine which is known as tail bone and medically termed as Coccyx bone which is present lower than Sacrum region spine which is triangular in shape. There are three most common reason present which causes tail bone pain is 1. Pregnancy 2.Fall on back and the 3rd one is prolonged sitting with poor posture.
    So Today I'm going share 5 Simple and effective exercises which will be helpful for relief in the pain and doing it daily can help to fully recover.

    2. Prayer Stretch
    3.Figure of 4 Stretch
    4. Supine Pelvic Tilt
    5. Lumbar Isometric
    5.Prone SLR
    6.Hip Squeeze With Resistance
    7. Adductor Isometric
