How to Fix Sacral Pain in 30 SECONDS
Вставка
- Опубліковано 12 сер 2024
- Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly fix pain, tightness, and stiffness around the sacrum (including the sacroiliac or SI joints).
The biggest cause of sacral pain comes from a blend of tightness and weakness in the muscles that support the pelvis. This includes the glutes, piriformis, and hamstring muscles.
Each exercise works a little differently. They're going to be done in different positions, target different muscles. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most relief.
Watch now and quickly fix sacral pain at home!

Dr Rowe I’ve been a fan of these videos I prayed to Jesus yesterday for something for my hips and spine and I wake up to this. Thanks for being spiritually lead by God.
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon.

I'm currently in PT for these issues and your exercises provide more relief than what I'm currently doing. 🤷♀️
Glad you found the video and keep at it!
I’m also suffering with pelvic pain due to tight hamstrings (spasticity.)
❤❤ couldn’t be more grateful- the first move was so helpful!!! Thank you so much for sharing . And I self adjusted as well - such relief.

Yes I have, thoracic spine, diaphragam problems etc. thx Doc Rowe
Any exercise to relieve gastritus?
As someone who has spent a STUPID amount of money on this issue - this guy's vid was way more helpful then the 2 months of PT I had to pay for. Try these exercises out, I have actually only done some of these once, and I right away felt some relief.
As a doctor I’m so impressed with how clearly you describe these nuanced exercises!
Such a huge advantage for those who find physiotherapy too much of an expense.
Happy to help, and thanks for watching!
All your demonsrations are easy to comprehend and follow... I appreciate your generous help for people with crippling pain! Your encouragement is just as valuable.
Thank you, and thanks for watching!
Wow...that step back stretch REALLY works. I've been dealing with left side sacral pain for about eight months now, and this helps.
I'll keep doing this on a regular basis.

Thanks for watching!
Can you please do a video on the pelvic floor? I have a condition that's unpleasant and the very limited literature on it points towards pelvic floor strengthening as something that ~might~ help. I've done a ton of work on it but you're the best and a video on it would be so helpful.
Thank you for all your videos!

This helps so much with the Tarlov cysts attached to my spinal cord near my sacrum/tail bone area along with an old injury being hit by a 1973 Suburban driven by a drunk driver that left me for dead, childbirth , and a newer injury to my right leg joint after being attacked by a man that shoved my right foot behind my lower back and body slamming me onto the ground. My leg joint still hurts and I am not certain that I wasn't fractured or experienced a slight dislocated joint. 🤷
I do know these stretches along with keeping good posture does provide relief.
Thank you Doctor for sharing this routine
I've consistently had relatively painful immobility around the base of my spine from an injury, tried tons of these kinds of stretches and never got any real satisfactory relief. Just tried the feet turned in with weight on the back foot for the first time and it totally works for me, over 90% improvement after just a few goes at it and feel like I'm walking an inch taller. I'm genuinely really grateful for this!! Thank you 👍🏼💪🏼🙏🏼
These are wonderful exercises for younger people for someone who is older and has balance problems and cannot get up and down off the floor these would not work if you have something that could work for older people I would love to see it thank you so much
I'm up at 2:30 AM with so much pain in this area that I can't sleep. I did these exercises and am feeling SO much better now! Thank you so very much!
I’m only in my mid 20s and I have chronic back pain from working a physically demanding job. I use inserts for my shoes and try to massage areas when they get sore. But let me tell you, I tried the ones where laying down was used and one from one of your shorts on decompressing the lower spine, and I haven’t felt this much relief since I started working YEARS ago. knowing how to stretch the right muscles and where is so important, I’m so glad to have found your channel when looking for ways to help my back!
Thank you Dr. Rowe
Thanks for watching!
I just love the way you explain.the pain we're experiencing...

Thank you for this channel these exercises have been a great help in my back surgery recovery. . These have been better than the pt nurse gave me
really great set of exercices !
Glad you like them!
i love that you use "discomfort" and other language that makes it rly easy for neurodivergent ppl like me to not do things incorrectly by being too literal. discomfort to me makes more sense than pain bc we downplay pains
You’re amazing.
You feel my pain…
You post a video!!!
Thanks for your demo i try with my back and it helps

I had sacral pain after cycling during Easter holiday this year. I don't know what specialist I need to consult. I will try the exercise. Thank you Dr. Rowe.
I just love you, what these movements are doing for my healing. You rock!!!
Thank you for your videos! Very comprehensive and well explained! Could you please do an even more in-depth tutorial for advanced users. I did gymnastics for ten years - I’m very flexible and muscular so many PT exercises aren’t as effective for me. Thank you!
Dr Rowe, Appreciate your detailed explanation and demonstration. Helps me feel and understand my body, how pains come and go a lot. Thank you so much. A message from Hong Kong.
Thank you 💐

Dr Rowe, I am from India, Kolkata, West Bengal. I have been suffering from L5 S1 disc prolapse with radiculopathy(right leg). Am watching your videos regularly. Hope these exercises will help me to get relief from terrific low back pain. I consulted several spine surgeons in Bengal. They are advising me to go for injection, operation. I afraid of the spine surgery. So am trying to follow your exercises. Lets hope for the best. Thank you very much. 🙏
Try finding a qualified physical therapist who can do basic decompression. Ice on the source spot and anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen can also help.
Simply great. Thanks a lot
Thanks for watching!

thank you so much, i thought i had lumbago, but was clever enough to go to a health practitioner not a doctor and he did something with th fascies of the muscles - i cried tears of pain but went home with soft muscles, but the pain in the iliosacral area and the right gluteus is tell not good. so i start now to do your exercises and will show him next time in three weeks since he also often shows some exercies.
Thank you, this is what I have been suffering from. My whole left side is messed up.
Hope the exercises help, and please give us an update soon.

Can you show some exercises to relieve neck pain occurring due to head injury?
Hi should I do this is I'm not in much pain? Or only when in pain? I'm afraid to irritate things.. ? ❤
My problem with these is remembering them to do the reps! I have recent sacral pain on both sides but have no problem doing the exercises.
Dr Rowe, I have had multiple hip surgeries stating in 1966 with a hip pinning for a slipped capital femoral epiphysis. The pins were placed in the femor from the greater trocanor into the femoral head. 3 years after the first surgery (I was 12 for the first surgery) they tried to take the pins out but were unable to do it because the pins had fused to the bone. The problem was there was no physical therapy at the time. The pins were sticking out of the bone and with movement they were shredding my muscle so that made it atrophy. Then some other doctor tried to remove the pins again but again, it didn’t work finally in 2008 at the age of 54 they did a total hip replacement. I have had a problem walking for any length of because my hip muscle(?) will start to seize up and become so painful that I can’t walk. It hurts so bad. Even using a cane I still have a hard time walking. I can’t make it from the front of the house to the back. Even with post op PT it still didn’t help me at all. This exercise that you are showing in this video seems like it would help but I can’t put my leg in this position or push down on my knee like this. Is there some other way I can do this type of exercise? It just seems like it would help with the pain and walking. Thanks for doing these videos. They have helped me because of having one leg longer than the other it shifted things in my spine and now I have arthritis and faucet joint arthritis in my spine.
thank you...:)
Bendiciones
The video portion stops near the beginning. Although I can hear you, I can’t see the movements.
I got this pain my pelvis shifted and had to get it adjusted. Now i have pain here and glutes
Hi Doctor I have lumber spinal stenosis . 4 months ago I had epidural and cortezone injections in facet joints. Has helped a bit but am still getting nerve pain in left buttock and leg and foot now. Can’t stand for too long. tried various physio but zip result. Any exercises for my specific problem?? Would appreciate so much.
Wow this really helped me,i heard a crack
No channel who puts ads in the middle of a workout or therapy routine will get my support. Goodbye.
hey doc, my pain is just in the middle of my sacrum. not on the right or left. would these exercises still be helpful?
Sacral pain has been my problem. It could be spine osteoporosis repercuting there………
That D.S.E @ 10:15 gives me a hamstring cramp on my injured side when I begin to go up. Does that necessarily mean anything.? As you did mention that being one of the main factor in SI joint pain. Thank you
Thank you. Before two months I met with an accident. S3 fracture with severe inflammation in my gluteal muscle. Already I have L5-S1 COMPRESSION. ANY ADVICE SIR?
I wish I knew what combination of your videos to do to handle my specific situation (Torn labrum in both hips in 2021😂 that went untreated for 2 years, leading to repeated trauma to hips, dysfunction in pelvis, herniation of discs in L4-L5, L5-S1 that are impinging on spinal cord, as well as knee problems)... I feel like I'd be in a much better place if I had a specific plan of action
Have had SI a joint (right side) for many years. Recently, have been straining the muscles in my upper thigh on the LEFT leg. What can be causing this, and what can I do to fix it? I have been wearing a SI belt. Could that have caused it? Also, is it possible that the SI joint can be OVERLY loose instead of too tight?
I'm new here and I have problem that I don't know if it's an SI, stenosis, or pinch sciatica. Please, I need help with this
