      that's great result 3 inches. I'm going to also done days of this I don't even mind if I lose 2inc but 3 is amazing. that's a I need and I'm done but if this works for me too I will for sure keep doing this it's so easy ans best and so affordable you can do them anywhere they are so effective as well I feel them working and I was sweating I didn't do the chair one only because I wasn't at a chair.

    Tough for my shoulders' injuries but even doing them on a low range, they are effective.

    Natasha I really appreciate the lower impact after being in a car accident and having bulging disc in my lower back then I gained a lot of weight a few years back with covid and I'm so out of shape but I can do these and I'm going to stick with it cuz they're short enough I can start to build up again and losing the weight will help make me feel better too

    i did all except the chair one i have found 3 good easy videos now i will do all of these 3 video excerses for 7 days i have completed th4 first part few im tired now.
