Natasha I really appreciate the lower impact after being in a car accident and having bulging disc in my lower back then I gained a lot of weight a few years back with covid and I'm so out of shape but I can do these and I'm going to stick with it cuz they're short enough I can start to build up again and losing the weight will help make me feel better too

i did all except the chair one i have found 3 good easy videos now i will do all of these 3 video excerses for 7 days i have completed th4 first part few im tired now. Tough for my shoulders' injuries but even doing them on a low range, they are effective.
