Wow I just done all them now js before bed. I do have a huge back roll flab that literally hangs. I’ve never found a video to follow for back roll. Thank you appreciate it. Hopefully Will b continuing follow that exercise everyday ❤❤❤

Reduce salt n sugar in diet reduced salt to minimum reduced 7 kgs .In the morng ate oats or rava with veg .In the afternoon ate 1 chappati n cup rice .

With a healthy diet and doing your workout this day 5 I lost 6 pounds and see a difference
