As a kid growing up in Queens NY, I remember that the Whispers did a show not too far from where I live, and for a long time, all the young ladies in the neighborhood who attended the show would talk about, was not only the Whispers harmonizing, but also their dancing skills.

They're from Los Angeles California. They've been since the 1960s. They've had solid careers. Solar Records was the record company that put them to a higher plateau. They are one of my favorite male R&B singing groups.

Being that I am a native of the Bay Area, I've always felt a sense of pride in regard to The Whispers legacy and success. My uncles, who were into The Whispers, played their music throughout my entire childhood. My favorite song by The Whispers is "Rock Steady". I also love "Lost and Turned Out", "Beat Goes On, and "In the Raw"!
The Whispers! I used to laugh so hard when they would come to our city for concerts and former DJ Tom Joyner aka Fly Jock would announce a dye shortage. Why? They had to color those beards.😂

The Whispers will always be dear to my heart. They have sang produced some of the most beautiful and heartfelt songs. There's no bad songs that the Whispers produced and sang. With that being said, "Lady," Lost and turned out, Song for Donny and the Beat Goes On have been on constant rotation. As a bonus, I enjoy watching them perforn these classics. Love, love the Whispers ❤❤❤❤❤

I seen them a few times even traveled to see them there's no one like the Whispers nobody sounds like them so appreciative of my opportunity's to have met them on several occasions. I'm a diehard fan.
