Moist, Tender and Delicious Strawberry Cake | Quick and Easy Recipe

Moist, tender and very delicious Strawberry Cake with a hint of lemon. It is not too sweet and full of flavour. And it is really quick and easy to make, you just need a whisk and a bowl.
Ingredients:
400g strawberries
2 eggs
250g (1 cup) plain yoghurt or sour cream
60ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice (1 large lemon)
1 tbsp lemon zest
225g (1 cup) sugar (better to use caster sugar)
125ml (1/2 cup) oil (I used sunflower oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
337g (2 ¼ cups) flour
4 tsp baking powder
Cake pan size: 23/24cm
Bake in the oven 200C/390F for 50 min. Place the cake pan on the lower rack. Cool before serving and enjoy!
