  • Full Basketball Shooting Workout By Yourself!
    Join me as I take you through an intense Shooting Workout By Yourself. For each drill aim for the 3-5 reps OR the 5-10 makes.
    Starting Baseline ( Make 5-10 Shots)
    1, Start Baseline Rollout to the elbow. (Pivot to the Sideline)
    2. Start Baseline Rollout to upset elbow. (pivot to the foul line )
    3. Start Baseline Dribbling Up Attack the other Elbow PullUp (5 makes both Right & Left Side)
    4. Baseline RollOut on the Right Side Start underneath the Rim. Coming From the Baseline Inside foot is turning. (5 Makes)
    5. Baseline RollOut on the Left Side Start underneath the Rim. Coming From the Baseline Inside foot is turning. (5 Makes)
    6. Bounce the basketball High From the Baseline turning your feet Baseline
    Starting at The top Key and WIngs
    7. Bounce the Ball from the top of the Key. Shooting from MidRange & 3pt line. (Make 3 For each shot)
    8. Bounce the ball from the Wings Shooting from MidRange & 3pt line. (Both Left & Right Wing Making 3 For each shot)
    Foul line Slides Making 3-6 Shots Each Drill
    9. Slide Chop Your Feet Shot.
    10. Between the legs chop your feet Shot
    11. Behind the back Chop your feet Shot
    12. 2 slide-out dribble shot at the elbow
    5 Spots 1 Dribble Pullups (Going through Drill 2-3 Times)
    13. Right & Left Side of the Court Baseline, Wing & Top of the key
    Attack with a Dribble Shot (Making 4-6 Each set Both Left & Right Side
    14. Baseline 1 dribble Sprint up Shot
    15. Start Wing 1 dribble baseline Shot
    16. Slide Out Dribble Baseline to Wing
    17. Slide Out Dribble Baseline 1 dribble attack baseline.
    Between the legs Back Dribble (3-5 sets Top Of The Key & Wings)
    If You Miss the Shot Make a Layup
    18. Between the Legs Backup Dribbles Shot
    19. Between the legs, Backup Dribbles slide dribble shot
    Rollout Top of the key shot Opposite Baseline Shot (3-5 Sets)
    20. Rollout top of then Go to Opposite Baseline Rollout
    Finishing
    21. 3 Minutes Straight of Shooting 5 Spots (All Midrange Shooting Rollouts, 1 Dribble pullups
    22. 15 Form shots
    In this shooting workout by yourself, we aim to make at least 150-200 shots in just 30-45 minutes. Make sure each rep is GAME SPEED to really prepare yourself for game situations.
